While we make reasonable efforts to provide suitable personnel, specific individual staff members cannot always be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

In circumstances such as illness, emergency, or unexpected unavailability, we may provide a suitable replacement where reasonably possible.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for us to deliver the agreed services.

Tree House Media reserves the right to pause or delay services where agreed payments have not been received.

Third-party costs, venue charges, permits, production expenses, staffing expenses, media budgets, and other external costs may be charged separately where applicable.

Changes & Additional Requirements

Changes requested after approval of the agreed scope may affect the project cost and timeline.

Additional services, working hours, staff requirements, locations, deliverables, revisions, or production requirements may result in additional charges.

We will communicate significant changes to the client where reasonably possible before proceeding.

Event Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the project, booking date, staff requirements, supplier commitments, and costs already incurred.

Specific cancellation, refund, and rescheduling conditions will be communicated in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Where third-party costs have already been committed, such costs may be non-refundable.

Digital Marketing & Performance

For digital marketing, advertising, SEO, social media, ecommerce, and related services, Tree House Media will use reasonable professional efforts to deliver the agreed strategy and services.

However, we do not guarantee specific:

  • Leads
  • Revenue
  • Rankings
  • Followers
  • Engagement
  • Advertising results
  • Return on investment

Digital performance can be affected by factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, advertising policies, budgets, customer behaviour, website performance, and third-party platforms.

Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other advertising networks may be separate from our professional service fees.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tree House Media retains ownership of its existing:

  • Strategies
  • Templates
  • Processes
  • Designs
  • Systems
  • Methodologies
  • Creative frameworks
  • Internal materials

Ownership or usage rights for final project deliverables will be determined by the relevant project agreement and payment status.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide to us—including logos, images, videos, trademarks, text, or other content—are legally authorized for use.

Portfolio & Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tree House Media may showcase completed work, project visuals, campaign results, or client collaborations in its portfolio, website, presentations, social media, and marketing materials.

If a project is confidential or subject to specific confidentiality restrictions, the applicable agreement will take precedence.

Third-Party Platforms & Services
